Virginia Beer Pong (VABP) is a new concept to most, until our establishment in 2009 there was no competitive beer pong in Virginia. Since we are one of the newest additions to the beer pong community we must strive all the harder to bring the World Series of Beer Pong championship title and bragging rights home. For those who are new to competitive beer pong, we welcome you to the beer pong community. Here at Virginia Beer Pong we want to spread the good name of beer pong as a genuine sport. Since, many states around the country have already embraced this way of thinking they are the majority of the ones competing in the WSOBP, but we are glad to say that this is already beginning to change. We had several Virginian teams competing at the WSOBP V in 2010, which is a step up from the one Virginian team at the WSOBP IV in 2009. Our goal is to get even more Virginian teams competing, in various competitions around the United States, in order to represent Virginia and VirginiaBeerPong.com. We are proud to say that we are the first officially sponsored Virginia organization to host WSOBP satellite tournaments in Virginia, and are planning future satellite events. These satellite tournaments are valued at $1,100 and will get you a free entry into the WSOBP. So please come out and test your skills at some of our daily venues to win cash and many other great prizes. A win at one of the venues will grant a free team entry to our Virginia State Championship Tournament coming up late 2010. These daily venues will help you to see where your skills stand against some of Virginia's best players. Then, if you feel you got what it takes to compete come out and play in our monthly $500 cash tournaments, or in a sceduled WSOBP satellite tournament. Everyone is welcomed to play, eligibility to play in State Championship tournaments are required, and some fees are applied depending on the tournament and event hosts.
